Stephanie's
music is a confluence of soul singing and pop-rocking, heavily influenced by both funk rock and pop-folk. She
started Hipchick Records in 2000 to promote "Not To Keep," her first full-length
album/cd, which reviewers have called "beautiful" and "engaging."
Her second cd is an edgy, guitar driven work embracing songs of love and social disparity. Entitled "Your New Life," it too
has been released on Hipchick Records, and is available
at ITUNES and CDBABY.
Stephanie is currently writing and co-writing new songs for a third cd,
to be recorded sometime in 2008. She is also playing live with her band, recording jingles and lending her voice to several benefit projects, while studying piano with jazz master Dan Dufford. She has been featured on Chicago radio and is a regular among the showcase circuit.
